8-3-26   THOUGHTS

I hope I'm back. I have missed our time together in God's Word!  In our reading, listening and believing brings an important  SEALING!  There is PROMISE here.  The end is our REDEMPTION.  WE BELONG TO GOD!  We have a down payment that assures our INHERITANCE.  To God be the GLORY as we share short and meaningful times together!  

Eph 1:12-14     to the end that we who were the first to hope in Christ would be to the praise of His glory.  13  In Him, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your  salvation — having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise,   14  who is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God's own possession, to the praise of His glory.

Our Prayer:
Glory be to Your awesome name, O God.  Help us to count our blessings today.  Thrill our souls with an awareness of Your loving kindness and goodness toward us.  How blessed we are.  Empower us to a closer walk with You through Jesus.  May the joy of  Your salvation excite our living for You.  In the name of The One who saves us...    Amen.
